When opening an account at 320kbps, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any accumulated winnings.

• One Account Only: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Identity verification via a copy of your National ID or passport is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 320kbps will not be held liable for any consequences arising from sharing your credentials with others.

For inactive accounts — meaning no login or transaction for 12 months or more — 320kbps may deduct a monthly maintenance fee or designate the account as inactive.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 320kbps and are applicable to both Sports Betting and live betting.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from the system. If a bet is uncertain due to a connection issue, please contact support.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect the bet.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled timeframe, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during live betting. If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 320kbps reserves the right to void that bet.
• Maximum Win Limit: A maximum win limit applies to each event. This limit varies by event and is clearly displayed on the betting page.
• Match Fixing: If there is evidence of match fixing or any irregularity in an event, 320kbps reserves the right to void all bets placed on that event.

320kbps supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 — via any supported payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 — from a verified account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Once KYC is completed, processing typically takes up to 24 hours. Delays may occur on bank holidays.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals should generally be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Transaction Verification: Large withdrawals may require additional verification. This is done for your security.
• Currency Conversion: 320kbps does not charge any currency conversion fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically 5–30x the bonus amount).
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• One bonus at a time: As a general rule, more than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Welcome Bonus: The Welcome Bonus on the first deposit is available to new members only and cannot be claimed more than once per person.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected — such as placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements risk-free — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 320kbps. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to the forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Using another person's account or buying and selling accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
